Our story
Kerry Whitford, principal of Harness Strategy, encountered performance measurement early in her career at the Environmental Protection Agency. She helped define and report metrics that showed public health and environmental conditions, demonstrating where policies and programs were or were not meeting goals and where changes were needed.
She soon found herself leading strategy and developing performance frameworks for multiple agencies, driving public value creation in energy, water and sustainability sectors.
Ms. Whitford is ready to share in her 30+ years strategy expertise to help you distill your complex mission into actions that elevate your organization’s performance and move you towards your desired future.
